Join Michigan Shakespeare Festival alums, Edward and Susan Kernish for a festival going weekend package at their guest suites, Wilde Oaks. Arrive Friday night in time for informal discussion/analysis of this year’s classic encore festival offerings, Hamlet and A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Later that evening, retire to lavender-scented luxury in Wilde Oak’s premier suite, The Shaman’s Dream Suite. Awake refreshed the next morning with a visit to our sauna/hot tub and a quick Cliff’s Notes (provided) review of the festival offerings.

Relax over a full Elizabethan breakfast freshly cooked in the intimate galley kitchen at Wilde Oaks. Your mid-morning Anne Hathaway’s Cottage Breakfast includes: Chilled Overnite Oats with Apples, Pears, Raspberry Sauce and Clotted Crème, Scrambled Eggs with Corned Beef Hash, Scones with Lime Curd, and assorted Harney and Sons Fine Teas/Cinnamon Hazelnut coffee. Then it’s off to Jackson’s Potter Center for a matinee performance. After the performance (selected dates only), enjoy an informal question and answer session with festival actors at the theater; then take a short drive for a taste of Tuscany at Bella Notte (gift certificate included). After dinner, return to the Potter Center for your second festival performance, and then to your Wilde Oaks home to enjoy nature’s "even-song". Delight in a second gourmet breakfast and optional* massage for your tired midsummer muscles. The only choice you’ll ever have to make the entire weekend is whether "to be or not to be" pampered in the arms of Wilde Oaks’ casual elegance.
