A deposit seals a two-way commitment. Wilde Oaks commits that your suite will be beautiful, clean, ready, and waiting for your arrival. The guest commits to arriving. Our primary concern at Wilde Oaks is to be flexible and accommodating to the needs of our guests; we understand that things can "go wrong".
A deposit of 50% at the time of booking (credit card) or one week from the date of the reservation (check/money order) is required to confirm and guarantee your room. One night and rush reservations (less than one week ahead) will require a deposit in the full amount.
Once a deposit is received and the reservation is confirmed, Wilde Oaks requires at least 14 days notice to cancel a reservation in order for a full refund. Cancellations received fewer than 14 days prior to arrival are subject to restriction. Most often, Wilde Oaks will fully refund a deposit (minus a $15 processing fee) if the room is rebooked. Gift certificates in the amount of the deposit/room can also be issued for canceling guests (or their guests) to enjoy a future visit to Wilde Oaks Guest Suites.
